AutoStore has announced the acquisition of the Dutch company Logiqs, which specializes in warehouse and horticulture automation. The deal is valued at up to €30 million. AutoStore plans to finance the purchase using its existing cash reserves, noting that the transaction will not have a material impact on its financial performance.

Logiqs, founded in the Netherlands, develops roaming robots for automated storage and retrieval of palletized goods. Its technology is currently deployed at approximately 30 customer sites. The company also provides systems for vertical farming and greenhouse automation. The 60 employees of Logiqs will join AutoStore, and all existing projects and product lines will continue to be supported.

AutoStore intends to integrate Logiqs’ roaming pallet AS/RS capabilities into its own platform over time. This move is aimed at expanding the company's service offerings for both new and existing clients. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, pending customary closing conditions. Until then, both companies will operate independently.

In its third-quarter 2026 financial report, AutoStore recorded a 38% increase in revenue and a 17% rise in order intake year-over-year. Following these results, the company raised its full-year revenue guidance to approximately $750 million, up from the previous forecast of $700 million. AutoStore currently serves over 1,350 customers across 68 countries.
