Audi will officially launch the new S5 Avant in China on September 20. The company is releasing a limited edition of 99 units for the initial launch. This model is the only wagon in the Audi S family available in the Chinese market and will be sold as an imported vehicle.

The vehicle measures 4835 mm in length, 1860 mm in width, and 1450 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2896 mm, which is 70 mm longer than the previous S4 Avant. It incorporates a 48V MHEV plus system with a P3 motor, providing 18 kW of auxiliary power and 25 kW of energy recovery, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds.

The chassis is equipped with a quattro intelligent all-wheel-drive system and an RS-level rear sports differential. The trunk offers a standard capacity of 448 liters, which can be expanded to 1396 liters by folding the rear seats. The top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.
