Aston Martin has unveiled the Valhalla Spider, an open-top variant of its mid-engined hybrid supercar. The vehicle features a powertrain combining a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine with three electric motors. This system delivers a total output of 1,064 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque, distributed to all four wheels.

The supercar achieves a top speed of 217 mph, matching the performance of the coupe version. Drivers can select between a removable fabric roof or an optional carbon-fiber hardtop. With the fabric roof in place, the speed is limited to 124 mph, while the hardtop allows the vehicle to reach its maximum speed capacity.

The Spider is built on the same carbon-fiber structure as the coupe and includes active aerodynamics and specialized stability systems. It features upward-swinging carbon-fiber doors and a new standard carbon-fiber Touring Seat, with an optional more aggressive seat design available at no additional cost.

The model is the first mid-engined production convertible from Aston Martin. It includes a removable wind deflector for open-top driving, which can be stored in dedicated compartments when not in use. The vehicle made its public debut at the Concours at Wynn in Las Vegas.

Deliveries for the Valhalla Spider are scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2027. Aston Martin has not yet disclosed the official pricing for the new model, which will join the existing high-performance lineup alongside the coupe.
