Developer Apri and Napoleon IT have implemented an AI agent on the GigaCowork platform to automate construction document processing. The system, developed by Salut for Business, allows employees to verify work completion certificates (KS-2) against estimates directly within the corporate interface.

The integration has significantly reduced processing times. The period from receiving a certificate to starting its verification dropped from 1.5 working days to 2 hours. The share of certificates processed on the day of receipt increased from 55% to 91% within the first three months of operation.

Individual document verification time decreased from 40–60 minutes to 5–10 minutes, while generating cumulative statements now takes minutes instead of a full working day. The AI agent, which took six weeks to prepare for launch, is currently used by 74 employees across three regions.

Over the first three months, the system processed more than 1,400 documents, with 83% of user requests now handled via the AI agent. The solution saves the estimating department approximately 60 man-hours per month, allowing staff to focus on tasks requiring professional expertise.

Apri is currently exploring new use cases for the technology, including the analysis of tender documentation and searching for information within internal regulations. Napoleon IT continues to support the methodology development and ensures a secure data processing environment.
