Apple has taken its online store offline for maintenance in preparation for the global pre-order launch of the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Pre-orders are scheduled to begin on September 12 at 5:00 AM Pacific Time, covering over 65 countries and regions, including the US, China, Japan, and the UK.
The new flagship lineup is available in four colors: Burgundy Red, Glacier, Silver, and Black. Storage options range from 256GB to 2TB, with the 2TB capacity now available on the standard Pro model for the first time. Prices in the US start at $1,199 for the iPhone 18 Pro and $1,299 for the iPhone 18 Pro Max.
Official retail sales and deliveries for the first wave of pre-orders are set to commence on September 18. Analysts note that high demand for specific colors and high-capacity configurations may lead to shipping delays shortly after the pre-order window opens.
