AO NSIS has transitioned to the SearchInform KIB solution to secure confidential data, personal information of insurers, and trade secrets. The company replaced its previous vendor in February 2026, citing a need for better functionality, system flexibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements from FSTEC and the Bank of Russia.
The KIB system monitors various data channels, including email, messengers, removable media, and cloud storage. It has already prevented incidents, such as an unauthorized attempt to copy sensitive files onto a flash drive by an employee. The software also identified instances of insecure password storage and unauthorized access to critical documents.
SearchInform KIB supports compliance with the GOST 57580.1 standard for financial operations. It provides incident reconstruction tools, including file history logs, data movement reports, and screen recording. The platform is compatible with domestic operating systems like Red OS, Astra Linux, and ROSA Linux, as well as CentOS and Ubuntu.
The developer continues to expand the system's capabilities, adding support for messengers such as Max, Squadus, Dion, and Kontur.Talk. It also integrates with business platforms including Yandex 360, MyOffice, and VK Workspace. NSIS plans to scale the implementation of the solution as the organization grows.
