Anthropic has officially filed for an initial public offering on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol ANT. Market estimates suggest the company could be valued between $1.5 trillion and $2 trillion, with the potential to raise over $100 billion. The offering is being led by underwriters Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
The company reported revenue of $16.3 billion for the first six months of 2026, compared to $1.16 billion in the same period of 2025. While the net loss reached $80.7 billion, the firm clarified that $72.4 billion of this figure stems from noncash accounting charges related to convertible financing instruments.
Operating performance shows a narrowing loss of $693 million, down from $2.14 billion a year prior. As of September 30, the company served more than 11,900 customers generating at least $100,000 in annualized revenue. Infrastructure commitments for computing power currently exceed $600 billion.
The corporate structure grants the seven co-founders, including CEO Dario Amodei, 50.1 percent of voting rights through Founder LLC. Additionally, a Long-Term Benefit Trust holds the authority to appoint a majority of the board members. These arrangements are designed to support the company's status as a public benefit corporation.
