WOLF Financial will host an all-day livestream on November 6, 2026, to discuss the upcoming IPO of AI company Anthropic. The event will feature analysts Dan Ives and Daniel T. Niles. Anthropic filed its Form S-1 with the SEC on October 26, 2026, and intends to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker ANT.

The company reported revenue of $16.3 billion for the first half of 2026, marking a 1,300% increase year-over-year. While it posted a net loss of $80.7 billion, largely due to non-cash revaluations, it achieved an operating profit of $974 million in the second quarter of 2026.

The IPO aims to raise between $75 billion and $100 billion, with an implied valuation ranging from $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion. Analyst Dan Ives projects a long-term valuation between $2 trillion and $3 trillion.

The roadshow for institutional investors is scheduled for the week of November 9. Shares are expected to begin trading between November 16 and 20. The company, founded in 2021 by former OpenAI engineers, highlighted significant risks in its prospectus, including potential catastrophic impacts from its technology.
