Alibaba's QwenWork has introduced a suite of enterprise-focused agent solutions at the 2026 Yunqi Conference. The new Enterprise Context feature structures and compresses data from documents and business systems, ensuring agents operate on current information using a dedicated model designed for low token costs.

The company also launched digital employees, which function as organizational entities with specific roles, departments, and responsibilities. These digital workers can be managed, authorized, and audited by administrators. Additionally, a new collaboration space allows teams and agents to share information and coordinate tasks in a centralized environment.

The platform now supports application integration, enabling SaaS providers to embed agent capabilities directly into existing business systems. This allows users to complete tasks and save results without switching between different interfaces. A new security center provides sandbox environments, risk interception, and audit trails for all agent activities.

Alibaba unveiled the QwenNote A2, a hardware device designed for voice transcription and task execution. The device records information and allows users to trigger agent actions via voice commands. To ensure privacy, the system retains only text summaries and meeting notes, discarding the original audio files.
