The forum 'Territory', organized by PJSC Rostelecom, took place in Saint Petersburg on October 29–30. During the event, Alexey Rubtsov, Commercial Director at MANGO OFFICE, participated in a panel discussion focused on the transition from basic automation to smart business operations.

Rubtsov highlighted that companies can manage increasing workloads without a proportional expansion of their workforce. By delegating routine tasks to digital employees, businesses can scale operations while maintaining control over personnel costs.

The discussion also addressed the gap between management perception and actual tool usage. While leaders often estimate that employees use only two or three software tools, the actual number can reach 30. Analyzing these processes is essential to identify automation opportunities.

According to Rubtsov, companies should prioritize the economic impact of digital transformation over the mere adoption of new technologies. He emphasized that businesses must evaluate the necessity and relevance of every automated process to ensure it delivers tangible value.
