Munich-based Agile Robots has introduced the Agile ONE SN, a compact humanoid robot designed for research and academic institutions. The device stands 1.4 meters tall, weighs between 34 and 43 kilograms, and features 31 degrees of freedom, five-fingered hands, and integrated cameras.

The robot utilizes the Nvidia Jetson Thor computing platform and the Isaac GR00T foundation model. Agile Robots is targeting academic clients such as Stanford University and ETH Zurich for this model, which follows the release of the full-size Agile ONE in November 2025.

The company plans to commence production of both the Agile ONE S and the SN variant by the end of 2026. Projections for 2027 indicate an output of 1,000 to 2,000 units. Agile Robots aims to reach a revenue of approximately €640 million in 2026.

Founded in 2018 as a spin-off from the German Aerospace Center, the company employs between 2,300 and 3,500 people. Following a 2021 funding round led by SoftBank, the firm reached a valuation of approximately $1 billion. Its investors include SoftBank and Xiaomi.
