Swiss preventive healthcare company Aeon has acquired the consumer blood diagnostics platform Aware Health. The deal includes the technology stack, customer contracts, equipment, and the core team, who will continue operations under the Aeon brand.
The acquisition follows a Seed funding extension that brought Aeon’s total capital raised to over €12 million, or $14 million. The round was co-led by Araya Ventures, with participation from Concentric, GoHub Ventures, Kadmos Capital, Calm/Storm Ventures, N&V Capital, and Bigwave Capital.
Aeon, founded in 2023, operates an AI-powered platform that integrates whole-body MRI with blood diagnostics and genetic risk analysis. The company aims to provide longitudinal health records by combining episodic imaging with recurring blood tests.
Aware Health previously served nearly 10 000 active customers and operated a network of over 45 blood-draw locations. This infrastructure provides Aeon with a regulated diagnostics stack and a biomarker dataset to train its predictive AI models.
As part of the expansion, Pablo Tano has joined Aeon as AI Lead to oversee the development of models that analyze imaging and biomarker data. Aeon has been active in Germany since early 2026, which currently serves as its fastest-growing market.
