Adobe has expanded the availability of its CX Enterprise Coworker tool, which is now accessible within ChatGPT, Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business, and Microsoft Copilot. The company plans to integrate this agentic teammate into Amazon Quick, IBM, and Snowflake in the near future.
The tool is designed to assist marketing professionals with data analysis, audience forecasting, customer journey optimization, and product management. According to Anjul Bhambhri, senior vice president of engineering at Adobe, the coworker integrates organizational context and domain intelligence into existing workflows.
Adobe also introduced new connectors for the tool, featuring prebuilt Model Context Protocol server integrations. These allow connections to systems such as Amazon Ads, Demandbase, Meta campaigns, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus, and Snowflake Cortex AI without requiring custom development.
To further scale its AI offerings, Adobe is collaborating with global systems integrators, including Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC, and TCS. These partnerships aim to develop agentic solutions tailored to specific industry requirements.
