The company has developed a platform that assesses the likelihood of customers quitting, complaining, or making repeat purchases. Unlike traditional tools, the system processes raw data such as call center logs, delivery times, and till receipts to create an industry-specific Common Customer Data Model.
The platform assigns scores based on four key factors: churn, complaint risk, satisfaction, and repeat purchase probability. For Carrefour, the system identified that Net Promoter Score declines after a waiting time of six minutes and twelve seconds at click-and-collect counters, leading to a sevenfold return on CRM targeting investments.
In the case of OUIGO, the low-cost rail service of SNCF, the system forecasts passenger satisfaction levels to trigger goodwill measures before complaints arise. Case studies report an additional €180,000 in revenue and a 53-point increase in NPS among previously dissatisfied customers over six months.
The funding round was led by Hi inov, with participation from Axeleo Capital. This $10 million investment follows a €2 million pre-seed round in September 2024, bringing the total funding to approximately $12.3 million.
Actionable will use the new capital to expand into the US market through reseller partners and hire additional staff in product, engineering, and sales. The company was co-founded in April 2024 by Nicolas Rieul, formerly of Criteo, and Nans Thomas, former CPO of Innovorder.
