Korus Consulting has deployed the K-Team HRM platform for the real estate developer AAG. The system covers 150 employees and automates human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent management.
The platform is built on Bitrix24 and replaces a previous corporate system that failed in March 2026. AAG chose this solution to ensure data security and reliability by hosting the software on its own servers.
The implementation includes integration with Active Directory and 1C:ZUP via a custom REST API module developed by Korus Consulting. This setup enables automatic synchronization of employee data and organizational structure.
The platform features a personal dashboard for employees and a gamified motivation module called Prize Shop. Staff can earn internal currency for completing tasks and exchange it for corporate merchandise.
AAG plans to expand the platform by adding further tools for adaptation, training, and goal management. The current version already provides a knowledge base, news feed, and feedback tools.
