The 123 Cloud Drive service has introduced a new storage structure, splitting its offerings into Standard and Professional spaces. The original storage has been renamed to Standard Space, while the Professional Space is a new multi-replica distributed object storage designed for higher security and faster access speeds.

The Professional Space is intended for files stored exclusively by the user, such as commercial assets, surveillance footage, and recordings. It also hosts files larger than 10GB, split-volume archives, and data generated from direct links, image hosting, or video transcoding services. Unlike the Standard Space, duplicate files in the Professional Space are counted individually.

Existing users, defined as those registered before September 24, 2026, at 14:30:00, receive a free quota of 50GB for the Professional Space and 2TB for the Standard Space. Membership benefits for existing users remain intact and are added to these base quotas, with specific details available in the cloud drive interface.

New users are categorized based on their identity verification status. While existing files are initially classified as Standard, the system will dynamically reclassify them based on the new rules as users perform future operations. Users can monitor their storage usage in the cloud drive settings and purchase additional capacity or memberships if needed.
