Indonesian neocloud platform Zankore has secured a $3.1 billion senior term loan to purchase NVIDIA GPUs. The agreement, signed on September 9, represents one of the largest AI infrastructure financings in Asia.

The lending syndicate includes Citigroup, ING, Natixis, Qatar National Bank, and United Overseas Bank, with Citigroup acting as the sole debt adviser. Zankore launched in Jakarta on August 6.

Ooredoo Group holds a 49% stake in the venture and has committed approximately $800 million. The consortium also includes Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, NVIDIA, and Nokia.

The funds will support the development of NVIDIA DSX AI Factory capacity. The company targets an initial deployment of 100 MW in Indonesia, aiming for 200 MW operational by the first half of 2027.

Zankore plans to reach a total of 1 GW of AI compute capacity across Southeast Asia. The platform is designed to provide infrastructure for AI-native entities, including LLM developers and enterprises.
