Founder Pan Tianhong remains the legal representative, manager, and director of the company. He retains a controlling interest with a 51.77% stake. The company has also expanded its business scope to include film production, pre-packaged food sales, and multi-channel internet content distribution services.

Pan Shuimiao has served as a director at YTO Express since 2016 and has held the position of president since April 2019. His background includes overseeing the company's digital transformation and operational management, which he now brings to his new role at MediaStorm.
