Yandex has integrated characters from the Smeshariki animated series, Krosh and Nyusha, into its Alice AI chatbot. This collaboration marks the first time Russian animated characters have been adapted into interactive AI personas capable of engaging in dialogue with users.
The AI personas are powered by specific prompt instructions that define their unique personalities, communication styles, and behavioral traits. Krosh is designed to be energetic and curious, while Nyusha maintains a dreamy and emotional demeanor, ensuring they reflect their original cartoon counterparts.
These characters join an existing collection of dozens of virtual companions within the Alice AI platform. Users can interact with these pre-defined personas or create their own by specifying names and behavioral guidelines, allowing the AI to maintain context across various topics.
