YADRO and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) have expanded their joint laboratory, 'YADRO-Polytech Programming Technologies.' The new facility includes a research room and a classroom with 45 seats, featuring KVADRA domestic hardware. The space is designed for collaborative work, lectures, and seminars, and includes areas for rest and discussion.

The laboratory focuses on software development and testing, low-level programming for operating systems and storage systems, and RISC-V processor architecture. Students work on applied and production tasks under the guidance of university faculty and YADRO mentors. The collaboration between the company and the university has been ongoing since 2022.

Over the past five years, more than 200 students have completed the laboratory's training courses. More than 20 graduates have subsequently joined YADRO as employees. Research initiatives are integrated into the university curriculum, allowing students to align their project work with their final thesis requirements.

The partnership also includes the annual conference 'Modern Technologies in Programming Theory and Practice.' The laboratory provides students with access to experimental test benches, facilitating the practical application of their knowledge in real-world projects and team development.
