Xuanji Dynamics has officially launched the Hypertron-SW01, a mid-sized intelligent quadruped robot. The device is powered by the AT-S240 joint motor module, which provides a peak torque of 240 N·m. The robot supports a maximum standing load of 120 kg and a maximum travel speed of 8 m/s, with a 40 kg payload capacity for all-terrain movement.
The robot features a multi-modal fusion perception system and proprietary motion control algorithms. It can climb slopes up to 45 degrees, navigate stairs with a single-step height of 25 cm, and clear obstacles up to 100 cm. The unit is rated IP67 and operates in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to 55 degrees Celsius.
For power management, the Hypertron-SW01 includes a dual-battery hot-swappable design that enables up to 6 hours of operation. It supports 24/7 continuous duty through automatic charging stations. The platform is integrated with an AI inspection management system and offers an open SDK with standardized hardware interfaces for third-party peripheral integration.
