Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Blender 3 in China, a multifunctional device for preparing hot and cold beverages. The appliance features a removable eight-blade assembly that can be washed with water without dismantling the rest of the case.
The device is equipped with a motor with a rotation speed of up to 35,000 rpm and a 3D circulation system. According to Xiaomi, the homogeneity of soy milk is increased by 21% compared to the previous model, with particle size around 100 microns.
The blender offers eight modes for hot and cold drinks, a LED screen, and manual grinding settings. It includes a segmented preparation program, an 18-minute fast soy milk mode, a 12-hour timer, and a temperature maintenance function at 55 degrees Celsius for 12 hours.
The unit is protected by an IPX9 rating and features a 13-layer noise reduction system, limiting noise levels to 45 dB(A) and 51 dB(A) during mixing. The bowl capacity is 1 liter for hot drinks and 1.5 liters for cold drinks, suitable for 2-4 people.
The appliance includes three self-cleaning modes, including high-temperature cleaning and hot drying with sterilization efficiency up to 99.99%. The heating plate is finished with a ceramic non-stick coating.
