Xiaomi has officially launched the rollout of its HyperOS 4 operating system. The first wave of updates covers the Xiaomi 17 series, the Redmi K100 and K90 series, and the Xiaomi Pad 8 tablet lineup.

The new OS features integration with the Super Xiaoai 2.0 assistant and the proprietary MiMo large language model. Key updates include improved AI capabilities, enhanced cross-device synchronization, and overall system performance optimizations.

The company has outlined a detailed release schedule for subsequent devices. Updates for the Xiaomi 17 Max, 17T series, and specific Redmi and tablet models are expected by October 31, followed by the Xiaomi 15 and Redmi K80 series by November 15.

Further rollouts are scheduled for late November, including the Redmi Note 17 and Note 15 series. Older models, such as the Xiaomi 14 and 13 series, along with various wearables and smart TVs, are slated to receive the update throughout December 2026 and January 2027.
