Xiaomi has opened pre-orders for the Mijia Smart Gas Stove 3 Max in China, priced at ¥2704. This is the company's first gas stove featuring AI-driven safety functions. The device is currently available for purchase on the JD.com platform.

The right burner includes a titanium pressure-sensitive probe capable of withstanding temperatures up to 500 °C. It monitors the cookware to detect dry heating or empty pots, automatically shutting off the gas supply if a hazard is identified. Users receive alerts through the Xiaomi Home application.

A radar sensor monitors the area within 0.9 meters of the stove. If no presence is detected for 30 minutes, the device triggers an audio reminder; after 60 minutes, it automatically cuts off the gas and sends a notification. Both burners offer a power output of 5200 W, featuring 154 flame holes and dual-channel oxygen supply.

The stove achieves a thermal efficiency of 75%, marking a 12% improvement over the previous model. The glass surface features a nano-coating to repel grease and water, while the grate design reduces surrounding surface temperatures by up to 22 °C. Each burner includes a timer ranging from 1 to 180 minutes.

Designed for versatility, the base fits openings between 630–710 mm in width and 330–400 mm in depth. This adjustable design allows for installation in most existing kitchen countertops without requiring modifications during replacement.
