The new Xiaomi Smart Switch 2 Pro integrates standard lighting into smart home ecosystems. It fits into existing wall mounts and supports wiring configurations both with and without a neutral wire. The device features a 3.5 mm thick panel with an AG-glass surface and an anti-fingerprint AF coating.

Users can control the switch via physical buttons, the Mi Home app, or Xiao Ai voice commands. It utilizes Xiaomi Mesh 2.0 technology, which reportedly improves response times by 50% and accelerates network setup by half. The device requires a Bluetooth Mesh gateway for connectivity and supports various automation scenarios.

The switch handles a maximum current of 10 A and a load of up to 2200 W, with built-in protection against overheating and overloads. It is available on the Xiaomi Youpin platform in one-, two-, and three-button configurations.

During the crowdfunding phase, the single-button version is priced at ¥114, approximately $17. The two-button model costs ¥133, about $20, while the three-button variant is available for ¥152, roughly $23.
