Xiaomi has officially announced that its upcoming 18 Pro smartphone series will feature a new ultra-wideband Cyber Motor. This component is designed to support 26 categories and 183 distinct vibration scenarios, allowing for precise haptic feedback adjustments.
The 18 Pro series is set to debut at a launch event scheduled for 19:00 today. During the recent 2026 Snapdragon Summit, Xiaomi confirmed that the new devices will be the first globally to utilize the sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite and Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition processors.
The hardware specifications for the new lineup include a 2nm mobile platform and a Leica dual 200-megapixel imaging system. The display will feature the new M11 light-emitting material and a 0.99mm ultra-narrow bezel design.
Additionally, the smartphones will be equipped with a high-silicon Jinshajiang battery, which offers a 32% increase in energy density compared to previous iterations. These components aim to provide a comprehensive upgrade to the flagship series.
