Xiaomi has officially announced that the Xiaomi 18 Pro series, launched in China on September 23, will reach international markets by the end of this year. The company president, Lu Weibing, confirmed the global release following high demand from international users and media.
The international rollout will cover the European Economic Area, Turkey, Russia, and Japan, with an official global launch event expected in mid-to-late October 2026. The Indian market is currently excluded from the release plans.
To comply with international safety and transport regulations, battery capacities for global models have been adjusted. The Xiaomi 18 Pro will feature a 6000mAh battery, while the Pro Max will include a 7050mAh unit, both retaining 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The devices are powered by the 2nm Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processors, featuring CPU clock speeds exceeding 5GHz. Global versions will come with pre-installed Google GMS services and region-specific system optimizations.
Pricing for the European market is estimated to start at approximately €648 for the Xiaomi 18 Pro and €777 for the Pro Max in the 12+256GB configuration. The series also introduces the AI-powered rear display, which supports over 100 application cards.
