The Xiaomi 18 Pro series has appeared in leaked real-world photos shared by insider Digital Chat Station. The device features a triple-camera system developed with Leica, which includes a main sensor with an F/1.67 aperture and a telephoto lens with an F/2.4 aperture. The camera setup covers a focal length range of 17–75 mm and offers 3.2x optical zoom.
The smartphone includes a secondary rear display, a feature Xiaomi continues to iterate on. According to company data, users interact with apps on this screen over 4 million times daily and set more than 3.5 million wallpapers each day. The new iteration allows the rear display to run lightweight applications generated by AI based on user prompts.
The official launch of the Xiaomi 18 Pro series is scheduled for September. The manufacturer has stated that this generation represents the largest update to its numbered series to date, with improvements focused on performance, camera capabilities, battery life, and artificial intelligence integration.
