Workiva Inc. is integrating AI-native workflows into its internal operations, focusing on finance and compliance teams. According to CIO Kim Huffman, the company aims to shift from simple productivity improvements to achieving measurable business outcomes through the strategic use of artificial intelligence.
During the Amplify event, the company introduced Agent Studio. This platform allows users to build and customize AI agents without the need for coding. Huffman noted that employees were able to develop functional solutions for specific use cases within a few days of accessing the tool.
