Wildberries has launched a digital procurement platform for state educational institutions in test mode. The service allows kindergartens, schools, and colleges to purchase goods directly from marketplace sellers.

The platform operates on a shelf-procurement model where sellers specify prices, stock levels, and delivery terms in advance. The maximum value for a single transaction is set at 5 ₽ million.

Available items include stationery, household goods, and equipment that meet Ministry of Education standards and public procurement regulations. Logistics will be handled through the existing Wildberries infrastructure.

Currently, the service is available to a limited group of sellers. Suppliers must register in the Unified Register of Procurement Participants and use their WB Partners account to participate. The service is free for vendors.

The initiative follows the enactment of Federal Law No. 278-FZ and a presidential directive. A pilot program for this digital procurement experiment officially began on October 1, 2026.

Following the testing phase, Wildberries intends to expand access to all eligible sellers across Russia. The project aims to digitize procurement procedures for educational organizations nationwide.
