Voxys, a resident of the Kaliningrad SEZ, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Astrik, a global technology developer. The partnership aims to develop strategic cooperation and joint technological projects in Saudi Arabia and other countries.
The collaboration will focus on implementing projects based on the Voxys afina technological platform. This solution is designed for managing audience data, user segmentation, and overseeing advertising campaigns and personalized customer communications.
Astrik provides expertise in artificial intelligence, software development, cloud technologies, data management, and cybersecurity. The partnership is part of a broader international expansion strategy for Voxys.
Voxys has previously established partnerships in other regions. The company has developed digital solutions for the Central Bank of Cuba, signed a localization agreement in Indonesia in 2026, and partnered with the Algerian IT company Engisoft.net in March 2026 to implement digital platforms, AI, and speech technologies.
