Voxys has launched Kasanie, a software platform for corporate telephony. The solution is designed for large businesses, distributed organizations, service units, and contact centers. It can serve as a central telephony core, a virtual PBX, or a foundation for voice and digital communications.

The platform is included in the Ministry of Digital Development's registry of Russian software. It allows organizations to unify voice communications across central offices, branches, and remote sites while maintaining centralized administration and uniform routing rules.

Kasanie is available in several deployment models: on-premise, in a dedicated private cloud, or as a SaaS service. This allows companies to choose a deployment method based on their specific security, data control, and infrastructure management requirements.

The system is integrated with other Voxys digital products, including speech analytics, voice bots, and the OmniVox platform. This enables the addition of dialogue automation, quality control, and text channels without replacing the core voice system.

The platform supports integration with existing IT infrastructure, such as CRM systems, corporate directories, and user management systems. Upon receiving an incoming call, Kasanie can identify the same client and provide the operator with the necessary context before the conversation begins.

The solution offers a phased modernization scenario. Customers can first migrate corporate telephony or launch a virtual PBX, and then sequentially connect contact centers, speech analytics, bots, and digital channels while keeping the existing system operational during the transition.
