VK Tech has launched an Analytics module for its VK HR Tek platform. The new tool aggregates HR process data and presents it through interactive dashboards, utilizing the company's internal Business Intelligence (BI) technology for data visualization.
The module provides three categories of dashboards. The general analytics section tracks user activity, system adoption rates, and the Sticky Factor metric, which measures the proportion of monthly users who access the platform daily.
The HR services dashboard monitors the status of applications and corporate documents. It tracks workloads by department and role, identifying bottlenecks where requests are frequently canceled or returned, as well as potential data gaps or process design errors.
The portal services section focuses on engagement metrics for internal news, polls, and community features, including reactions, comments, and content popularity. According to Andrey Chernenko, business leader of VK Tech's business applications, the tool replaces manual reporting with automated, real-time metrics.
