The Russian IT integrator VDGB, part of the Rosgazifikatsiya holding, has begun deploying the Faraday AI platform. This solution is intended to accelerate import substitution projects within the Rosneftegaz corporate structure.

The implementation follows a strategic partnership between Faraday and Element 5 Neftegaz, an industry developer of digital solutions for the oil and gas sector. Element 5 Neftegaz serves as the supplier and is currently integrating the platform into VDGB's infrastructure.

The project began with a pilot phase in the spring of 2026 using a cloud version of the platform. Following successful testing in August, the company decided to proceed with a full-scale deployment. The platform supports security requirements for state corporations, including offline operation, SIEM integration, and password management.

Faraday automates project documentation, requirement gathering, and labor estimation. According to Sergey Artamonov, CEO of VDGB:ITS, the platform is expected to reduce project assessment times from three months to one or two weeks. Future plans include scaling the solution to engineering data management and design tasks.
