Ugreen has launched its Nexode Air Slim 100W charger on the international market, previously known as the Mini Ice GaN in China. The device is currently available in the UK, priced at £60. Its design features a flat, slim profile and a foldable plug, making it suitable for tight spaces behind furniture and easier to carry in bags or laptop cases.
The charger includes two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. Each USB-C port can deliver up to 100 W independently, which is sufficient for most laptops, while the USB-A port supports up to 22.5 W. When charging multiple devices simultaneously, the first port provides between 60 W and 80 W, depending on the specific load configuration.
The device utilizes GaN technology to achieve an efficiency rating of up to 93 percent, which reduces energy loss and minimizes heat generation. Additionally, Ugreen has integrated safety features, including protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and short circuits.
