UBS analyst Karl Keirstead has raised the price target for Palantir Technologies from $220 to $250, maintaining a Buy rating. This marks the third upward revision by the analyst in 2026, following previous targets of $200 in June and $220 in August.

The company reported $3.4 billion in bookings for the second quarter of 2026. Net dollar retention reached 157%, while adjusted gross margins remained in the mid-80s percentage range. Adjusted operating margins for the period exceeded 60%.

Palantir increased its full-year 2026 revenue guidance by approximately $500 million. The company now expects total annual revenue to fall within the range of $8.15 billion to $8.16 billion.

The analyst attributes the positive outlook to growing demand for AI sovereignty, a trend highlighted during the company's AIPCon event. Clients are increasingly seeking control over their own data infrastructure rather than relying on major cloud providers.

In contrast to the UBS outlook, the broader Wall Street consensus remains more conservative. As of mid-September 2026, the average analyst price target for Palantir shares is $194, with an overall rating of Moderate Buy.
