Transcend has expanded its DDR5-6400 memory lineup by introducing new 64GB CUDIMM and CSODIMM modules. These modules are designed for industrial computing, edge computing, and embedded systems that require high memory density within compact form factors.

The new modules feature a 64GB capacity achieved through 16 DRAM chips in a 4G x 8 configuration with a 2R x 8 dual-rank design. They operate at a voltage of 1.1V and support data transfer rates of up to 6400 MT/s.

Both CUDIMM and CSODIMM variants incorporate a Client Clock Driver (CKD) to improve signal integrity and reduce clock jitter at high speeds. The modules also include On-die ECC for error correction and an onboard Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) for power stability.

Transcend offers these modules in standard and wide-temperature versions for harsh industrial environments. Select models feature optional anti-moisture and anti-dust coatings to ensure reliability under vibration and long-term continuous operation.

The 64GB capacity allows systems with only two memory slots to reach 128GB of total RAM. This configuration addresses the growing memory demands of AI inference, industrial vision, and data analysis tasks that are increasingly shifting from cloud to local edge devices.
