TP-Link has unveiled its initial lineup of Wi-Fi 8 networking hardware, based on the IEEE 802.11bn standard, which is currently undergoing certification. The new products include the Archer 8 Ultra tri-band router and the Deco 8 Ultra mesh system. Both devices incorporate the proprietary Wi-Fi 8 StabilityEngine technology, designed to mitigate network congestion and signal interference.

The Archer 8 Ultra features a square design with an integrated cooling grille and 18 antennas. It supports wireless speeds of up to 19 Gbps and wired speeds of 10 Gbps. Pre-orders for this model are scheduled to open on September 30 via the official TP-Link online store.

The Deco 8 Ultra mesh system utilizes a cylindrical chassis. It offers wireless throughput reaching 22 Gbps and wired connectivity up to 10 Gbps. A three-unit configuration is capable of covering approximately 911 square meters while maintaining stable connections for over 200 concurrent devices.

TP-Link plans to host a global presentation on September 30 to showcase additional Wi-Fi 8 hardware. During this event, the company will disclose pricing details and regional availability for its new product series.
