TP-Link has unveiled its first Wi-Fi 8 product lineup, featuring the Archer 8 Ultra tri-band router and the Deco 8 Ultra tri-band Mesh system. Both devices are built on the IEEE 802.11bn standard, which is currently undergoing the certification process.

The new hardware incorporates TP-Link's proprietary Wi-Fi 8 StabilityEngine technology. This solution uses distributed resource units to address common home network issues, such as signal interference, poor coverage, and congestion, while improving responsiveness under high loads.

The Archer 8 Ultra router features a square design with a large cooling grille and 18 internal antennas. It supports wireless speeds of up to 19 Gbps and wired speeds of up to 10 Gbps. The device is designed to maintain consistent signal coverage throughout the home.

The Deco 8 Ultra Mesh system has a cylindrical form factor with a matte finish. It offers wireless speeds up to 22 Gbps and wired speeds up to 10 Gbps. A three-unit set covers approximately 911 square meters and supports more than 200 simultaneous device connections.

Pre-orders for the Archer 8 Ultra will open on the official online store on September 30. TP-Link will host a global launch event on the same day, where the company plans to reveal additional Wi-Fi 8 products, pricing details, and regional availability.
