The HackNet is a platform for cybersecurity training that uses an AI pipeline to generate CTF tasks based on real-world vulnerabilities from CVE and NVD databases. The project was developed by MIPT students as part of their master's degree program.

The system utilizes a three-stage pipeline: RAG for context retrieval, parallel generation of five task variants, and a self-test mechanism with relative ranking. This process ensures tasks are solvable and non-trivial, with a 90% pass rate for generated content.

The cost of generating a single task via the AI model is 45,90 ₽, which the team claims is significantly lower than manual development. The MVP, launched on March 25, reached 1400 users by May 20, achieving an activation rate of 41%.

The project received a 1 ₽ million grant from the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises. The team plans to expand into B2B training and increase the user base to 5000 registered participants within six months, aiming for 150 paying users by 2026.
