TerraMaster has updated its Photos app, introducing a new viewing interface with three levels of thumbnail display, timeline navigation, and keyboard shortcut support to streamline photo filtering and searching.
The update expands AI-driven organization capabilities, adding support for recognizing people, scenes, and locations. Users can now add AI recognition results to albums with a single tap, reducing manual search and organization time.
A new duplicate detection feature has been added to automatically identify and group identical images, helping users reduce redundant content and free up storage space.
When used with TerraMaster NAS, the Photos app can consolidate photos from smartphones, cameras, computers, and other devices into a single location for backup, viewing, and cleanup. The update also includes performance optimizations for managing large photo libraries.
