TeraWulf, a company focused on Bitcoin mining and high-performance computing, has increased its senior secured revolving credit facility. The total commitments rose from $250 million to approximately $400 million, marking a 60% increase in capacity.
The amendment to the agreement was signed on October 23, 2026, with Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. acting as the administrative and collateral agent. The original credit agreement was established on May 7, 2026.
The updated terms remove the previous $150 million cap on letters of credit, which the company intends to use for utility partnerships and data center expansions. Additionally, the agreement introduces an uncommitted accordion feature allowing for an extra $150 million in potential commitments.
The company is currently developing the Muskie Data Campus in Kentucky to support power capacity growth and AI data center infrastructure. Full details regarding the terms of the amended facility will be disclosed in the 10-Q filing for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.
