Tencent Cloud has open-sourced TeamAI, an internal tool designed for AI collaboration within teams. The platform utilizes a Git-based workflow to manage skills, work standards, tool configurations, and project knowledge. By treating these assets like code, teams can perform reviews, updates, and version control, ensuring that configurations are synchronized across all members' agents.

The tool currently supports 16 different agents, including WorkBuddy, CodeBuddy, Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. TeamAI follows standard Git processes, where skill submissions or modifications trigger branch creation and pull requests for team review. Once merged, agents with session-start hooks automatically pull the updates, eliminating the need for manual distribution.

TeamAI now includes centralized model configuration management, allowing administrators to enforce security requirements by controlling which model services team members use. Additionally, the system captures troubleshooting data; when tasks encounter errors, the agent documents the resolution and stores it in the repository for future retrieval.

Users can interact with TeamAI via natural language once the skill is installed. The tool is also integrated with Tencent Cloud’s ClawPro agent management platform. This integration allows administrators to manage skills and MCP configurations from a central console and distribute them to locally connected agents.
