IT holding T1 has completed the digitalization of the anesthesiology and operating block at the Priorov National Medical Research Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics. The project covered 21 operating rooms, integrating approximately 40 units of medical equipment into a unified digital environment.
The infrastructure is based on the Russian software platform RAIS by Quattrolab. The system automatically collects over 250 parameters, including hemodynamics, oxygenation, and ventilation data, eliminating manual documentation tasks. This transition aligns with the requirements of Order No. 530n.
The implementation reduced manual paperwork for medical staff to nearly 100%. Real-time monitoring and automated alerts help prevent medication errors based on patient allergies. During the pilot phase, the operating block's efficiency increased by 18% due to better schedule control.
T1 is currently scaling this experience to other regions, including a pilot project at the Perinatal Center of City Clinical Hospital No. 7 in the Republic of Tatarstan. The company plans to apply these digital infrastructure solutions to other medical institutions.
