Synergy University has integrated the Turbo Cloud infrastructure, a subsidiary of RTK-TsOD, to support its educational platforms, corporate services, and business applications. The university utilizes this cloud environment to host internal systems, including 1C and Bitrix, while leveraging specialized virtual machine configurations to handle high-load requirements.

The cloud provider delivers virtual infrastructure, dedicated communication channels between onsite servers and the cloud, and automated backup services. For AI-related initiatives, the university employs Bare Metal servers equipped with GPUs, which provide dedicated computing power necessary for training artificial intelligence models.

Looking forward, Synergy University plans to implement the Basis Workplace solution to offer virtual desktops for students enrolled in short-term programs. Additionally, the institution intends to utilize cloud resources as a secondary site for disaster recovery to ensure business continuity in the event of physical server failures.

According to university rector Artyom Vasiliev, the cloud model allows the institution to manage resources dynamically during peak periods, such as the start of the academic year, without the need for constant hardware expansion. Vladimir Volkov, CEO of Turbo Cloud, emphasized that the infrastructure scales to meet the university's evolving needs.
