SwissBorg has introduced native support for USDC deposits on the Arc Network. This integration allows users to transfer stablecoins directly to the chain, eliminating the need for third-party bridges.
Previously, users relied on services like PlaygroundBridge, which charged dynamic premiums ranging from 3% to 25% on inbound transfers. The new direct on-ramp removes these intermediaries and associated costs.
Arc Network is designed as a stablecoin-native environment where USDC serves as the gas token, removing the need for volatile native assets. The network also supports EURC and USYC stablecoins.
The platform utilizes ERC-4337 account abstraction, enabling features like gasless transactions and session keys. This integration expands SwissBorg’s multi-chain support, which previously covered seven other networks.
