Strive, a company focused on bitcoin treasury management, has launched its new preferred stock, SATS, on the Nasdaq exchange. The company successfully closed an upsized initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares, priced at $90 per share. This offering raised $630 million, which the firm intends to allocate toward purchasing additional bitcoin and income-generating assets.

The newly listed SATS stock features a 15% dividend paid every business day. This launch expands the company's portfolio, which already includes another preferred stock, SATA, known for its variable dividend structure. Strive currently operates as the fourth-largest bitcoin treasury company globally, maintaining a debt-free balance sheet without bonds, credit lines, or leveraged positions.

Founded by entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, Strive currently holds 36,818 BTC, valued at over $3 billion. The company recently reported an additional acquisition of 4,045 BTC between October 12 and 16. In January 2026, Strive completed the acquisition of Semler Scientific, marking the first time a publicly traded bitcoin treasury company acquired another entity in the sector.
