Dallas-based Strive, co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, increased its Bitcoin holdings to 43,124 BTC after purchasing an additional 124 coins last week. The company spent approximately $10 million on the latest acquisition, averaging $80,526 per coin including fees. The total stash is currently valued at roughly $3.3 billion.
The company now ranks fourth among publicly traded firms in terms of Bitcoin holdings. It trails Twenty One Capital, which holds 43,514 BTC, and Metaplanet, which maintains a balance of 44,000 BTC. Strive funded the recent purchase primarily through existing cash reserves, which decreased from $504.4 million to $490.4 million over the week.
Strive also utilized its at-the-market program to sell a new security called SATS. The company previously raised approximately $630 million by selling 7 million SATS shares at $90 each. These preferred shares carry a 15% annual dividend on a $100 stated value. Strive has authorized up to $1 billion in additional SATS offerings.
As of October 23, Strive reported no debt and held 505,000 shares of Strategy preferred stock valued at about $50 million. The company's amplification ratio, which measures obligations against the value of its Bitcoin, stands at 62.7%. Strive expects to fund dividend payments primarily through further capital raising activities.
