Strategy acquired 950 Bitcoin for approximately $76 million during the week ending September 20. The company purchased the assets using USD cash at an average price of $79,670 per coin. This transaction brings the total volume of Bitcoin held by the firm to 846,000 BTC.
Following this purchase, the aggregate cost of the company's Bitcoin holdings reached $63.8 billion, with an average acquisition price of $75,416 per BTC. During this period, the firm did not sell any shares through its at-the-market offering program.
In addition to the Bitcoin acquisition, the company spent $174 million in cash to repurchase nearly 1.8 million STRC shares. As of September 20, the firm reported that its USD reserve exceeded $5 billion, while its USD cash balance remained above $1 billion.
