Strategy and Strive have collectively acquired 2,773 BTC for approximately $232 million. This move continues a trend of public companies integrating Bitcoin into their corporate balance sheets.

Strive Inc., led by CEO Matt Cole and co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, purchased 1,800 BTC for about $143 million at an average price of $79,431 per coin. The company now holds approximately 25,000 BTC, ranking as the fifth-largest public corporate holder globally.

To fund these acquisitions, Strive utilizes its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, ticker SATA, which features a 13% dividend rate. The company maintains a debt-free funding strategy while keeping cash reserves.

Strategy, trading under the ticker MSTR, added 4,603 BTC valued at roughly $370 million during the same period in late August. The firm continues to hold the largest corporate Bitcoin treasury worldwide.

Both companies report performance metrics, including Bitcoin yield and amplification ratio, in their SEC filings. These indicators allow investors to assess whether treasury strategies generate value per share.
